    Hello,
My name is Andrew and I live in Campbell, CA. I have been following the threads on the hamb for a while and I finally got around to signing up. My current project is a '55 Starchief. I haven't done much to the car yet besides polishing the bright metal and fixing some of the mechanical/electrical problems it had when I bought it. I'm currently trying to decide on how I want to do the suspension...dropped uprights with scarebird kit...fatman...or other. Anyway, this is a great site and I'm looking forward to learning as much as my time and wallet will let me.

Welcome to the HAMB, it's a great place to live, breathe, eat and sleep hotrods, oh yeah and learn alot too. It's fun to see what other hot rod fanatics are building and be able to buy and sell cars and parts as well.

Thanks for the welcome! Searching the archived threads I've seen some pretty amazing/innovative stuff.

  4. Welcome. There was a Pontiac suspension thread on the board last week discussing subframes and such. You might want to research that. Post a picture of your '55. There are a few Pontiacs here on the board... one more won't hurt. Good luck.

Being at work, I'm limited on the pictures I have of my car on hand. The only ones that I could find are pretty low resolution, as they were on the photographer's website who did my wedding. (Some WW, new caps, and a bit lower and she'll start coming together:) )
    Hopefully this attaches right.

    Damn fine looking car, Andrew.
If you need any professional help/advice with your car (i.e. lowering) I'm sure Alex at Gambino Kustoms in San Jose would be glad to help you out.
    Welcome to the H.A.M.B.

    Regards, Lance
