Who can flake a roof in Austin?

Any one know of, or can do a flake job on a roof in Austin Texas? Would like to flake the roof on my '53 Chev for the Round Up this year. All the guys I use to know back in the early 90's don't paint anymore. The roof is dark blue right now but want to paint it white with flake. Also, what am I looking at price wise to have it done? Here is a pic of the car.
