    Just received an order from Kanter Auto parts and their latest catalog which contains many hard to obtain mechanical parts. One of the things I also like about the catalog are the dozen or so drawings by van der Stricht. In this catalog they mentioned that they also like his drawings so much that they are going to build one of their own called "The Packard Any Year." Some of you won't like his drawings, but don't get too serious -- they're created for humoristic design.

    Hell yes, needs deck chairs, a fridge and sun umbrella for the upper deck, just hte thing for the drags/motorsport or beach.......

    ...yup, those things are always cool, Kanter's been puttin them in their catalogs for awhile now, I really appreciate the guys imagination. What do you think Kanter's Packard will look like?

    in some east coast show coverage a few months back, there was a pic of a car built with parts from many different cars, someone said it was the Kanter car. i remember it had Packard grilles like the Packars shown above.

    i believe it was the thread where some of us were talking **** about the east coast style, the car fit right in!:D

    for some reason this one reminds me of a gravity challenged sunburnt lady on the beach in Miami I've been trying to forget.Let me rub a little more oil on you there mam.:eek:

    FRED KANTER DID HAVE ONE OF THE DRAWING CARS DONE OUT OF PACKARD PARTS ALL YEARS I POSTED THAT PICTURE FROM LEAD EAST HE DOES A LOT OF FUN PROJECTS LAST TIME I TALK TO HIM HE WAS LOOKING TO BUY THE ANY CAR [A N.Y. BANK HAD A CAR DONE THAT THEY USED IN AD,S IN THE 70,S IT HAD PARTS FROM AT LEST 20 DRIFFRENT CARS ALSO THE FORD THAT EVERYONE WAS CALLINY A EAST COAST CAR WAS A WEST COAST CAR AS ALWAYS GOOD AND BAD TASTE CAN BE FOUND ANYWERE YOU LOOK
