Anyone know the color on the green 99 car in the first set of pictures?

 

Great job on the pictures! It isn't easy getting them to look right and then post them all. The lighting in that hall was horrible. I could not get the purple on the Nitti car or the brown on the Gammel coupe. I spent most of the day in photoshop!!

 

I kept going back and taking pictures in that building, couldn't help myself. Been doing this for over 40 years and that was the best car indoor show I ever been to.

 

The Ray Brown (99C) car was at Goodwood a few years back, I got to push it round the pits and talk with the guy who was 'looking after it' at the event.

We listened as he instructed the Journalist who was to drive it up the hill
....

Be very careful, its an old, historic racing car, be VERY gentle with it.
DO NOT ATTEMPT to drive it fast off the line....

Then the owner (can't remember who it was/is) came up to him, just as we let him through the gate to to track and made it VERY claer to him to NAIL THAT ****ER!!

And he did
