3X2 manifolds

I have a Fenton 3X2 for a SBC. I was wondering how you tell the difference, if there is, if it is setup for Strombergs or Rodchesters.

 

How many holes are drilled for each carb? If three it's Stromberg, if four it's Rochester.

stromberg=3 bolt base
rochester=4 bolt base,

its day and night simple.

have a troll on ebay you will quickly see the difference on bolt pattern.

 

They sell trolls on ebay? Is that legal? Do they know their carbs? ;-)

I don't know about that, but I once bought a whole crew of elves at a swap meet. I put them to work on my hot rod project while I'd go to work.

They weren't worth a damn...I'd come home and find them all p***ed out in the bar across the street. I'd have to re-do all the work the little drunks had done. It didn't work out at all.

Turned out that they had been fired from the Northpole toy factory for sleeping on the job. They were very disgruntled and always h***ling me about them being like slaves.

I finally had enough and sold them to someone else at the next swap meet!

 

Those elves were yours, you should be ashamed for selling them, you should buy them back, almost ruined my 31.

Well Poor boy, now you know. BTW - that's a cool intake man! I have one on my 34 ;there's not a whole lot of those out there.
