No biggie, but I remember someone on here wondering about red flake on black. This is Omni black base with large red flake in the clear....I didn't load up the flake, because I didn't want it to be to over powering, but enough that you would notice it..... Kind of tough to get good pics with the fluorescent lights and flash, but you get the general idea.....
Damn nice!!! I,m thinking about orange with silver flake roof only and flat white on bottom. lookin good 13
Heres a peek of what it would've looked like if you kept layin' that red over the black. In case you were curious.
Switchblade, ya thats how my wheels are, I did them with small flake and lot of it...I wanted the roof to be definitely black where my rims look almost auburn....Plus my car ain't half as nice as that one, so I didn't want to draw to much attention to it
CAS, the T looks cool.....Flake is definitely cool, but it changes the base the more you lay down...I didn't want the roof to be over done, just enough to catch your eye, hell last week I was gonna do it flat black....
Your roof is stellar! I agree wholeheartedly about the base. My goal was just the opposite. I was after a "red" car without a red base. This is a good example of what can be done with the same materials and different applications.
Ya, it's the flash off of the clear...... Update, not that it matters on this car, but I just went out to clean up a bit and found quite a few silver flakes in there... The flake came from the Hotrod Flatz place along with the main color I will be using.... So on a high dollar unit....I would be pissed right about now
it sure looked to be on its way to being a mighty fine ride to me bro give yer self a lil more credit
