Here's a car that should bring about some good conversation. Probably pretty contemporary for most of y'all, but it has mucho trad. HOT ROD style. Maybe a tiny percentage of the total parts on this car were not made entirely from scratch. The very few manufactured pieces were heavily modified, oh wait, the tires, yeah, the tires are straight off the delivery truck. When the roadster body goes on and the car is all buttoned up, it'll be a bitchin' hot rod. It looks awesome now, in my opinion.

    Discuss amongst yourselves.....

  8. Although the valve covers are 80s gay. Didn't Sqeege use those same covers on a car in the 80s that was on the cover of Rod Action. Or was it a loose Kookie clone that was on the same cover?

The backs are ET straight spoke 16x10 with gussets added to each spoke like the rare old Americans had. The fronts are new American spindle mounts with early Ford bosses (I believe).

Right now, it's the only pics I have. The front suspension has coilovers (uhh, obviously) that are actuated by fabb'd levers (with fluting and lightening holes). You can see the upper links, the lower links? I forgot where exactly they hook up, maybe I can get Duggy aquainted with this magical box I like to call the "c o m p u t e r". HA Actually, he's usually just too busy painting and building cars. Anyway, I think the lower links are more inboard and down below triangulating the front end.

I love it, as I type touching myself...like the kick in the rear to get low, love the exhaust, I always like inboard coil overs, kinda Indy carish. Everything they do is right on, their Kustom they did a few years ago, is in my top ten favorites...

Some cool engineering and it's definitely a hot rod or street rod - however you want to break down the semantics - but my own gut reaction doesn't go anywhere near traditional... as I see it anyway. And I'll venture a guess that SUHRsc agrees with me. :)

I STILL want to see a shot of that front end though. It has me curious as to where the radiator is going to live. Plus I like looking at monkey motion.

edit: Sorry SUHRsc, the "s" and "h" arent even close huh?

Bitch'n design and workmanship. Is the radiator going in behind the coilovers with a track nose? I don't think I am visualizing the whole front end assembly yet...... Please keep us updated as the car comes more together.

I love the sweeping action of the rear rails as well as the killer exhaust system!

Tim's a super freak, super freak.
    He's pretty freaky...

OH, and I do believe the radiator is sammich'd between the coilovers and blower belt.

I like alot of what I see, except the exhaust exit... but the rest of the car looks like high quality stuff.
