Hello All..well my engine is in the garage and I've started to ***emble it..Here is a few pictures..I'm concerned that the 6x2 won't be enough fuel..(HA HA ).I'm going to be using the 3x2 with the stromberg 97s.. thought I would share..Also I may have several ????? later.. ..Duane..
ahhh finally. what size hemi is that? 241 RR, yeah? i have a totally stock red ram in my dodge coronet. you are the first one that i have found that is dealing with anything related to my car. i cant find anyone that is redueing a 54 coronet. but at least i found you.
i have one too in my 54. i have to ask, is that one of the u-fab intakes like on ebay? if so, what do you think of the quality of them? also what kind of pistons are you running? i wanted to go higher than the stock compression ratio to maybe about a 10:1. on the keith black site i found a forged piston with a dome that is running close to the same dimensions at the stock ones. thanks. good looking motor by the way!
Hello..The Hemi is going into a 1935 Ford Tudor...The pistons are 8.1..stock is 7.1..with the Keith Black pistons, what kind of head work will have to be done.. I built the engine for durability. I had the cam ground by Hot Heads (Mild)..larger valves, bored .030..I have adjustabe rocker arms, wanted the stock embossed Valve Covers so I sent my rockers to Rocker Arms Spec. and they modified them, its the exhaust rockers that need to be modified, The intakes don't rise to far..I will be using the 3x2 intake, HEI ignition, Taylors spark plug wires. When I'm ready I will have the headers custom built.. Lots of my exterior parts came from Hemi Hot Heads.. Duane..
