I attended a fund raising event yesyerday in San Juan Capustrano,Ca. It was to raise money for a relief fund for shelter animals. It was a sunny 75 degree perfect day{eat your heart out} !

Anout 300 cars showed up, they also had vendors booths and 3 bands for entertainment.

Thought you might enjoy a peek at a HOT January Day in sunny California !!

First band up was the "Hot Rod Trio". My freind Buddy Dughi fronts, with his wife Susie on bass, and the drummer is way cool.

Then the 'Flying Crowbar" made its entrance on stage. The front man for this band is another friend and former guitarist for John Fogerty for many years. Mike Canipe is retired now and has this local band to keep sharp. His son Ridge Canipe who recently co-starred in "Walk the Line " playing Johnny cash as a kid at the beginning of the movie sat in for a couple of songs also.
