I've been looking for an old factory service manual from the 50's and have come up with a lot of places selling copies of the original factory service manuals on CD. Anyone ever use them? I personally like using original paper ones since they seem to have soul like an old car with all the greasy fingerprints on the pages from mechanics using them over the years. But the ones on cd are definately more available and more affordable. Should I just order one, or hold out until I find a paper one?

I don't have a computer on my bench, and I'd rather thumb through a book anyway.

    My vote goes for books.
