41-47 Ford, probably a 1 1/2 ton. Price wise? I woudln't pay more than $500 for it. Most likely has the huge front fenders which are going to look stupid with a normal sized wheel, unless you change the opening to make it smaller. No box ****s too. If it has a good flathead in it, then it might be worth more, and ***le, and ....ect. All the details make the difference.

Looks like there might be some other good stuff laying around in that yard though.

Yeah 42-47 ford...they arent a very sought after style so you could probably get it for a pretty reasonable price. I couldnt tell you an exact figure cuz I got mine for free from my grandpa and thats the best price.

I like to call these ol' fords 'jaibirds' (the grills are often refered as 'jail bars') I really like these and personally would pay good money (if I had it) but some people dont like them as much as the 39-40 or later ones, so it depends.

you should go for the shortened sedan in pic 27 instead. Or at least it looks like a shortened sedan body to me.

This is what I'd like if I had one. Minus the stake bed of course.

No pics...it's still sitting on the fame with I think a 235 sitting there. It's not in horrible shape, but far from good. Mostly surface rust, but needs lower patches & new door hinges. I paid $200 for it intially, everything was just besides the cab, that's why theres nothing else left. I was going to scratch build a frame & bed, but got sidetracked with more custom projects. If you really interested I'll try to get a pic or two next time I head over there.
