Need some info on a 69 Ford Falcon

I was wondering if someone here could give me some info. My friend has a 1969 Ford Falcon. Not the most experienced car guy in the world. He replaced the plug wires and was messing around with the distributor and now it won't run. Can someone tell me what six cylinder came in the 69 Falcon, what the firing order is for it, and the stock timing? I want to pass the info along to him. Thanks.

 

6 cyl engine sizes for a 69 were 170, 200 and 250 cu in.
All 6 cyl engine firing orders are listed as the same. 1,5,3,6,2,4,
