Once you contact him, he'll tell you that if you win the auction you need to wire him the money through Wetern Union, or if you meet his reserve, he will tell you that he will end the auction early if you pay right away (neglecting to end early and trying to ****er as many saps as possible).
I'd ask him to see the car and ***le in person and offer to pay cash in hand.

Scam to the highest degree.....whatever you do Don't even reply. Forward the number of the auction to s****@ebay.com. There is a mul***ude of this **** going on within this site and they do not even begin to police it on there own but expect the victims to do it for them. Just always remember if it sounds too good to be true it is!

    Scam.

Report it to ebay. I see that auction for the fully restored 1970 SS 454 Chevelle with the same buy it now price yesterday has been pulled...

They're everywhere. I don't feel bad anymore for anyone who falls for these scams. They are so OBVIOUS now a days...too easy to hi-jack a perfectly good eBayer's iden***y...if the price is too good to be true...you know the rest. Go ahead- send them the money they want for a down payment. Then kiss it goodbye. Good luck trying to get it back.

"I asked him if it was a legit deal or scam and no answer. His email really IS slow."

Oh great, now he has a legitimate email address he can SPAM! LOL...

NEVER give a real address to these low lifes...

DON'T CLICK anywhere on the auction!!!! It is a *hot* site and you may possibly open your computer to hacking if you click anywhere on there.........did you notice how EVERYWHERE on the page your cursor turns into the hand?

    STAY AWAY.....

I don't know about anybody else... but that page doesn't scroll down normally for me. It is very jerky and locks up.

Also... when I tried the "Home" ****on and "My Ebay" at the top of the page it automatically brought up an Email field to this clown.

I gotta believe that this page is an EBay fake. I've heard of them but have never seen one until this...

that is some scary ****. that guy has taken over the whole page. you can't even click on "my ebay" or sign out without it going to the send an email page.

he's prolly gonna get 5 people to send a down payment through western union. then they'll be screaming for ebay to get thier money back.

I just want to tie these people to a chair and beat them in the head with a New York phone book. or how bout that thing they did to James Bond in the last movie where they hung his nuts out the bottom of his chair and beat them with a rock in a sock.

  28. I just did a "live chat" with eBay. They said it's not legit and will "fix" it and thanked us for drawing it to their attention.
