Viva Las Vegas Rooms For 2007 ~please Read

Well, the time is getting near. This year marks the 10th anniversary and its gonna be a big one. We already have close to 400 cars from all over Canada and the U.S. pre registered.

If you have not booked a hotel room for VLV yet, please read this.

It has just been announced that Las Vegas will host the 2007 opening race for CHAMP CARS auto racing on Easter Sunday. That is the same weekend as VLV. This is a big event and it will be a street race, not on a race track. This means that there will be a shortage of hotel rooms in Las Vegas that weekend.

As you know, I have arranged blocks of rooms at special rates at The Gold Coast (which is sold out), The Orleans, The Palms and The Rio. These will probably be the cheapest rooms in Vegas that weekend. Once they are sold out it will be very hard for me to get any more rooms at a good rate.

If you have not booked your hotel room for VLV yet, please do so as soon as possible to make sure that you have a room for VLV. Don't forget that rooms can always be cancelled if for some reason you do not go.

Obviously, if you are a race fan, this will make your weekend at VLV even better.

We're booked at Bally's like last year so we're safe. tick tock we're under 60 days now.

 

I heard about this a while ago, I booked in December. All set, staying at Paris watchin the fountains at Bellagio across the street.

Oh man I can't wait. It's my second VLV and LuckysGal's first. She's so good about doing the things I want to do that I promised her we'd see the art gallery at Belagio. As well as take Ms. Wolfe's jive dance cl***. Not only am I an embar***ment to white people when I'm on a dance floor, but pretty much mankind as a whole. Still, it's gonna be a blast!

 

Thanks for the heads up! We got a few rooms at the Rio this year. Can't wait!

DAMN!!! were still waiting to get "things in order"!!! baby sitter for kids, school for ---> (kids), can't make ANY plans yet until someone gives us an O.K. that they can watch them for us...NOTE TO YOUNGSTERS.... marry into a CAR loving family!!!!! jeez, my wife is the ONLY one into cars on her side and all I hear constantly is..." thats a far ways away to look at some old cars, for us to watch the kids" from her family!!!!! Thank god I have my house reserved that weekend..

The weather is always great that time of year. Perfect drinking weather.

 

Good pool weather? My girl's getting a new bikini for the trip.

 

Low 80's. It rained on and off the first day we were there last year.

 

It usually is pretty good pool weather. Most joints have warmers anyhow. It can be a **** shoot with rain around that time too.

 

...I am just hoping to find some ditzy girls that will let me stay with them.

 

in 9 years it hasn't rained the actual day of the show (knock on wood) but storms have p***ed through on thursday or friday evenings. i guess its the location, but when a storm does p*** through vegas it doesn't seem to last very long....maybe an hour or so.
my 2 cents.
