S.Florida Dirt Track Show Opinions??

Ok,we are looking into having a car show at a dirt track here in South Florida near West Palm Beach.we are talking to the manager of the track and the owner.it would be a Sunday affair.we are planning on having a Saturday Nite Blowout party the nite before the car show and go at my buddies house who has about an acre and half.we are planning on having people camp out at his house.then head out to the track from their in the morning after breakfast.
what we are planning at the track is anyone who has an old car 65 older get runs on the dirt track,sort of like the Jalopy Showdown in Penn.please let me know your thoughts and ideas.Thanks....

 

good idea but my headers hang waaay too low so i couldnt bring my truck out

 

you can still bring it , its a car show and track run you dont have to run the track.

 

I'de do it, I think it would be a hoot to blast around a dirt track in something! I'm sure there's alot of people in Florida who feel the sameway!

 

Count me in. You know how them Hudson's used to run on those dirt tracks back in the day.

 

I'd go and bring a car to the show but I don't have anything that would be any good for the "dirt trackin" part.

Dirt??? I thought you guys only had sand down there.

Have it in the winter and you might get some Northern guys to get away from the cold.

Is that track in Clewiston?I grew up at Hialeah and Hollywood Speedways,didn't have dirt tracks around there then.

Clue me in on the track. I'm from Palm Beach County and I don't know of any dirt tracks real close. Is it in Okeechobee?
