Figured I'd share some pics of my finished 35 pickup ch***is. More than a few cars and Lots of hours from my Dad and myself to put this together.

Almost looks too nice to put a body on!! Might wanna do a heat shield between the master cylinder and the exhaust, though. Sitting for a while might get that brake fluid HOT.

  3. Nice ch***is, could we get some spec's on the setup.

I could fill a book with what we did to build this thing. I'll give a somewhat brief description. 472 caddy, made the valve covers, full stainless exhaust, including the headers we built and the tail pipes run along the top of the bed. The frame is a AA inthe front including the crossmember and goes to a mid 40s ford the rest of the way. 35 rear crossmember, the x member is made from part of a 35 and part mid 40s to get all nice looking holes, and the part that joins the x member in the center is an old welding tank. Front end is a moredrop axle, a custom made unsplit wishbone made of 3 different styles and extended, it has a panhard bar and a sway bar and is handled by a nos mailjeep box. The rear is a small bronco 9" and is held by 35 rear bones that are beefed up from the inside that are mounted by 80s f150 front bone bushings. Like I said I could write forever but thats a quick overall, any Qs I'd be happy to answer.

Nice work and looking pretty good. What are your plans for the steering box?
