they are all in a huge pile on top of my box...like always.

but yeah-you should drop by- the place still needs a good spit-shine, but aside from that, the differences are major. Hell, I'm pretty sure my guys have finally stopped trying to figure out where to hide my body.

this year was a rollercoaster of going from broke to rich to broke and now we're just "comfortable". Between the changes in size (we expanded over 2000 sq.feet) and general at***ude, this place freakin rocks. We have fun, build cars, and goof off.

it's amazing how, when you look at the typical business model and think "I will do better than that" then once you look at where you started at, and year to year growth where you are now...and I will be damned if it isn't really close to everything I read before jumping into this mess. the only thing different is now, they have a picture of me next to the definition of "dumb***" in the "Small Buisiness for Idiots" book.

But I am a fast learner. 2 weeks into year number 5, and it's coming up roses!

When are we gonna do the Bodylines/Crushproof barbecue?

 

My guys would eat all the food before we got there...have you seen TIM???? But that sounds cool. Maybe a huge austin BBQ this spring?? We're in the process of getting a 7000 sq ft facility....ouch

 

the amazing part of all that space is...

how easy it is to stuff a bunch of **** into it.

I still wanna do a "builders B-B-Q." where we can all get together and talk. (unlike shows, where we all get to wave to one another while talking to people we don't really know. )
