I was in the panel jam. I'm so tired of striping right now, I think I'm seeing double lol. I thought it was deff. a good show in the hot rod area.
That yellow Willys belongs to my buddy Tony....he had the copper colored one a year or two ago.My other buddy did all the body and paint on the car in his garage at home.
Tell Tony, that ride was super...were glad there was a good showing of local built rides to see.. You don't have to have a mega-buck car, to be good... The whip with the 30's....what can I say..that's why I posted it... Things that make you go "HUMMMMMM" You have to admit, there was a wide range of vehicles, representing all areas of the hobby. I know, I looked past that fact that I may not like a style of vehicle, but I can still admire the creativity and workmanship...the owner of the Chevy with the 30's is just as proud of his , as we are of what we do,,,that's what makes this hobby so kool..after all, arn't we all just "Car Crazy"..... Nice paint not sure about the wheels it sits a little high for my taste...............Thanks for the pics I didn't get to make it to Indy this year
Nice pics. I saw a bunch of your cars.... didn't see any of y'all though (I had to go early so I could get back to rat-killin'). Did grab a nice Road Rockets shirt, though. Seems to be slightly work-inappropriate, which is why I wore it to work today.
