the custom dash. we started the dash out by drawing out a template then cutting out like 3 layers of glass. The lil instrument cluster I have to install says "saftey first". lemme assure you that this car will plolly be anything from safe hahahaha

It looks like you have a 38 buick instrement cluster there? Is the motor buick? The car looks real cool. I bet your son will alwas remember the time he is spending with you. My girls remember going out to the garage with me. Now it's my grandaughters turn and she loves it. She also loves going to cruise nights and car shows. It's a great thing to shear with them. Godd luck with the car and keep up the great work.

we just have a bunch of that old mat laying around i think it is made by evercoat. but yes one layer at a time with a paint brush and it's pretty easy. fiberglass is really cool. it's just a big peice of bondo.

me and tyler have a good ol time workin when he listens to me hahaha. he likes drawing out pictures of cars and then wants to build em. the T is turning out cool and I am sorry to say I will have to sell it when it's done due to house purchasing hopefully. here is a pic on wheels I will have to keep you guys in suspense till it's done now. drew

Dont want to spoil the party, but it is wise to let the kid use a respirator, gloves and goggles. I work with fiberglass for a living, and we are always cautious to protect ourselfs from the styren and reactive hardeners in the resin.
    Just my 2c.
