any other tricks to seat a tyre thats skinnier than the rim?...help!

    Well I burnt the hairs on my arm, but worked a treat :D ...thanks all and yes I did film it for ya all...also my first you tube post.....electrical contact cleaner...potent ****...ha .....Bert

    sorry didnt see the posts above, they look ok to me, I dont mind em puffed out a bit, plenty of rods around running them this way I think.......thanks for your responses though.....oh, I stuffed around for 1 hour or so with a small bike tube but still no go, when they get all lubed up and slippery it makes it even harder...anyway, prob solved.......a new trick I like.....and yes I took out the valves as you can see by it going down in the end...........anyway, cheers all
    heres the front wheel looking down, shadow doesnt help...bit too puffed out? not sure now......might see about some cut down rims

    Save the fireworks for John Curtain day. Take the valve out of the stem. Make sure you're nailing the tire with a big helping of air. Slop some watery soapy glop around the bead and rim. Stand up the tire and rim, **** the rim. Nail it with air and shake it by the tire. The math wants to set the bead as the sollution. If the air always comes out the same place shift how the rim is ****ed. The answer is the big slug of air.
