Interesting ... I made my comments about the guys at hot rod surf as did many others and tonite when i get home i see i have a pm from one of them.. I read the whole pm(its kinda lenghty) and I dont know about the rest of you but heres where I stand. By the way Ryan if this post doesnt work for you by all means delete it. May be HRS kinda got out of control with his post and fucked up trying to be a bad ass with the biker comment. Maybe we dont know all the facts. Im gonna back up a bit and hope that there is a missunderstanding and it will all get worked out. If not then Ill stand firm on my comments about the HRS post . I can say by the PM i recieved im thinking we do have an impact (all of the HAMB members) and these guys are kinda worried about getting a bad reputation . Maybe that will help . I sure hope they have contacted all party's involved and worked sumpin out and apologized if needed. I will not buy anything from them as of now.. If i hear they were cool and got everyone happy and made any necessary apologys then its cool...Its an option. Remember we can as a group fuck up someones livelyhood and maybe we should consider that when we post. I didnt and I wonder If i did the right thing. One or 2 bad deals dont really mean shit.. And were they really bad or just a case of bad communication.. If its been resolved I for one would like to know. .. If we are kept in the loop then we will know if they are good or bad instead of just making them bad guys over one thread . I appreciate Ryan keeping the thread open for comments for a while but i wondering if i feel i kinda flew off the handle with my reply how bout you guys??? Dave
he PMed me too. i assume he PMed everyone who posted on the thread. it hasnt changed my opinion of him/them one bit, and i stand by what i said.
PM'ing a few guys in one thread is not going to take the bad taste from said company outta the rest of our mouths. I read the whole thread and frankly will NEVER deal with that company for anything, period. Even IF they come back on the HAMB and apologize publicly does that really change the attitude of the HRS? My opinion, no it doesn't.
