Where in Austin can I go to get my rod 'dialed-in'?

I have just replaced my distributor and my carburetor. The car runs good, but I want it to run GREAT.

Mainly it seems to be running rich and it doesn't have the best throttle response. I think it needs to be jetted down a bit.....

This thing ought to scream: Ford big block, aluminum Edelbrock heads, 750 carb, etc..... and it is fast, but just not very responsive.

I heard of a good shop just west of Mo-Pac, near Balcones, but I don't have a name.

Oh yea, if I leave the car for a day or 2, it HAS to be put into a garage overnight.

    Anyone?

    Thanks! Ben
