Prolly not much this time of year. But there is one place, the FloriBama Lounge, that I'd highly recommend that you drop in for an ice-cold longneck. I spent more than a few evenings there while stationed at NAS Pensacola. It's on the beach, right on the Florida/Alabama border.
up ala hgwy 59 there is a muscle car place that sells/displays cars . maybe in sumerdale or robertsdale, forget which on ,but its on the right heading north on 59. besides that flora-bamais about it. sorry..alltho the air museam on the air base in pensacola is pretty neat. not a car thing...................
The place is called musclecar mania,on the corner of co. rd 32 and hwy 59 in summerdale. Haven't been there in awhile, last time I was there they were building a 50's style cafe on the 2nd floor,it'd be worth checking out.And there's the uss alabama if your're in to ww2 stuff.
I was told Florabama got wiped out by the hurricane. Too bad, it was a good time. I second the Naval Aviation Musem, its real nice and free.
Actually a buddy is flying out this morning. I was trying to hook him up with a few things. He'll be down there till the 28th. thanks all for your replies.
flora bama was either built back or is being built back, not sure but worth a check. if worse comes to worse.set on beach watch waves come in then watch em role away again.
