I'm with everyone else it's stunning.... except! I always say if you look at a car and one part stands out, it's wrong. that ford rear window look large on the profile. I think what makes it stand out would go away if you add the ford stainless ring. that black gasket just jumps off the screen....I hope this doesn't offend anyone. the car is awesum
Super! The only thing that would make the car better is a stock stainless moulding around that back gl***.
Absolutely perfect build! VERY clean, exactly as they should be. I LOVE the front wheel opening's.. Very subtle but catches the eye.. Nicely done! Tony
Het guys - Thanks for the positive feedback - to answer a couple of questions - the ft fenderlips are from a 55 chev & Mike does have the stainless for the rr window rubber - he just needs the correct two grove rubber. Mike , I hope you don't mind me budd'n in on ya. By the way "Fools Gold" is *****' cheers Laurie n
I think that just landed on my list of favorite customs of all time. (That's a pretty short list, BTW.)
Thanks for all the positive compliments. It's Laurie Peterson "ratstu" who deserves all the recognition, because he built the car. Tredboy- The trim is stock Bel Air on the inside doors. Slamdpup - The front fender lips are from a 55 Chevy. Noname - I do have rear stainless for the back window, just waiting for the correct rubber to install it. Thanks again guys, Mike (Custom 54)
Beauty. Timeless styling. Need's nothing added, nor taken away. The roof look's almost Merc. like. A+.
Jaw-dropping beautiful. Thanks for the great pics, and congratulations. [grinding teeth in jealous anguish]
Mike, when they finish building boats they christen them with champagne, I say "Break out the whisky!" Everything "works". So many mods and they all flow. Laurie, you're gettin' pretty good, LOL . We can all learn from you buddy. Mike hope to see ya at the Trade-Ex. Paso will be a howl! -Dave
