Might be a dumb question but is it poss. to install spindles upside down? Being a bit new to the scene I bought a Speedway Motors complete front end. It was real reasonable. When I installed the spindles and king pins, they looked identicle to each other. Now that everything is together the left wheel seems basically 90 deg. and the right seems at about 80deg. Is there somthing stupid I missed? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
    Paul

Sure looks whapperjawed to me. Looks like you might have put the right hand spindle on upside down.

Yep, the top king pin boss is the one furthest away from the spindle flange.

It can be mounted upside-down, but your kingpin inclination is going to cause the spindle angle to be way off, as you have demonstrated. I agree that your p*** side is probably mounted upside down.

Looks like a good circle track set up to me.

  8. On a totally unrelated note, pdub, your picture convinced me to use the speedway complete frontend kit. I've been wondering what that kit looked like. Thanks!:)

It doesn't matter how much negative camber you have on that wheel-- as long as your lovely young p***enger is smiling like that, you're doing a fine job.:D
