mystery mirrors

I've had these things forever but I've never had just the right car for them.
Anyone ever seen these before? I am guessing they are after-market items, by the adjustable angle on the base.
Any ideas?

I've seen them before at the Pileup a couple years ago, If I remember right they were on a late '50s Mopar. Think it was a stock item.
