On another thread I was *****ing about a deal on eBay where the seller has not sent all my stuff - it was suggested that I start another thread to see if there are any HAMBers in Salinas to help in a non-delivery deal. Since I'm wayyyy up here in Alberta, I'm thinking this guy isn't too concerned about retaliation or someone actually knockin on his door. Thanks for all the replys! I appreciate everyone's concern for my situation and all the offers from local Salinas area Hambers to go knock on this guy's door! As it turns out, I called him and left a message that I was having a local car guy that I "know" stop by to pick up the wheel and solve all the problems that he's been causing me - lo and behold, the wheel shows up on my doorstep yesterday! All it took was the knowledge that someone would contact him in person to light the fire under his *** and get my stuff sent. So, again, all my thanks to you guys who responded with offers of help, you really came through for me. If you ever find yourself in my situation with an uncooperative buyer/seller in my area, let me know - I'll gladly do what I can to get you your stuff. Steve - happy with 4 wheels to get around on!
