    Hambers,
I have been so impressed with Ryan, The Jalopy Journal and Deadendmagazine, i decided to do a web site.

    www.soupupmagazine.com

my site will focus more on Texas tales both new and old!
Please check it out and let me know what you think!
If you have a good story about Texas hot rods, racers
or vintage bikes, i would like to hear it!

    E-mail: soupupmagazine@yahoo.com

I like how you have it set up like you are actually flipping through the pages of a magazine. But I wish the images were larger. One other idea would be a quicklink to other pages. Like I want to go straight to a certain article. The contents page does it, but it woudl be cool to have that option atthe bottom of every page.

    Just my idea's.

  11. First I thought, oh boy, one of those attempts to create some webmag.
I like it, it's cool, pictures are great, good job, but I do like looking at an acctual magazine, call me old fashion, will there be an acctual printed version, someday.

    Ok here goes...

First of all I appreciate all of your effort and the loads of car pics. It is not a project that I would take on at this point in my life. You did a good job.

Here is what jumped out to me design wise. Just a couple of things on my first go through.

    1. white border - if you intend to keep it is a bit too bold for my taste.
    2. background - I don't dig it. It is pretty cliche.' What if you find a more nutral pattern or color to use as a background?
    3. One of your pages jumps up to align to the top of the page while the rest are in sinc.
    4. There is a bit of a load delay when I looked at it. The background stays constant and the mag takes a second before it pulls up. Do you have experience with flash?
