Where to get wide whites

Can you fellows recommend a good place to get 15" wide whites (2")? Thanks, Mike

 

Coker tire rocks, I use them all the time. I usually just contact the company direct, but you can use distributors closer to you. Their website is www.cokertire.com . The tires are awesome - they do radials and crossplies as well. Hope this helps. Tim

 

Is the search function still down?? Yeah, Coker would be the place to get yo tires. WWW's are a little more pricey that you're standard 4 for $99 at discount tire.

you can do the 4 for $99 at discount and buff them out. your white will be wider than 2 inches though. practice on 2 garbage tires first. a DA sander or a drill with a sander wheel thing(dont know what to call it) will work the best, use 80grit then 220 to make it ***y

 

Or you can make one of Texas finest swap meets and pick em up from Wallace Wade Tires....

 

What is the going price typically for bias-ply? I got a quote on a set of wide whitewalls, 6.50 16's and 7.50 16's with tubes for $650. I thought that was a bit steep.

 

I think I paid $560 total for mine from Wallace Wade tires... I got 5.50/7.50 16's with tubes. I picked em up in texas at a swap meet and saved the taxes and shipping.
