How about a 41 Willys coupe with 30,000 miles on the clock. There is a long interesting story, but I'm cutting it short. The original owner p***ed on recently, and it got sold to a friend of the family who has known about the car since '72. It has been sitting since the early 50's, except for a short period in the late 60's when the daughter drove it to school briefly. The current owners wife bought it as a christmas present for him for an unknown amount of money. He plans to leave it as it is, and other than a dent in one rear fender, and a saggy headliner, it is nearly perfect. This is the only semi-clear picture I have of it sitting in the garage, but I hope to get some more some day. What a wife!

I didn't think there were any of those left, that hadn't already been turned into a race car or Hot Rod.

I remember about 20 years ago, a local junkyard had a 40-41 Willys Pick-up. It was rough, but would have been suitable rod material. It's long gone and whenever I go near the place, I kick myself for not trying to get it.
