So I guess we will see your car at "A-bombers" this year ??? ( If so , please leave that wild kid at home ) ... Klaz
*****Nice work! What type of deuces are those, & where'd you get the air cleaners? LOVE the look of that engine! Good Luck!
how do you keep from falling into the big hole in the floor? That would be good for at least one trip to the hospital a week at my house.
Ohhh but he's SO cute! Ahhhh hahaha!! I kept trying to find ways to eliminate that trim on the rear gull wing........after seeing them all clean and chromed I guess I need to change my thinking.
Rodding28, I had to callmy wife in and show her the photos of the lil'one working on the car. I have been telling her that my daughter needs to learn, but she says that 15 months is too young. I am trying to convince my wife to do a pink toolbox for a dresser for my daughters room. Keep up the good work on the car, my family will be watching the build. Our family car (55 fairlane is a bit behind yours, but I try to work on it every week. -Sobastrace .
she's ready - 1st time out -- and of course it's raining ;-) grr --so those aren't the best pics but they show the lady completed
awesome ride. The hard work really does show off a A-1 Class show winner car. nice job...and enjoy it
I am quite envious. That is ruling. How about some matching louvers in the front lower license area? It would go great with the rear bumper tin, and your dash speaker (which is awesome) I took my front bumper piece out on my wagon and put in a chrome air tank for extra airbag capacity. Kinda tacky, yet functional, and mildly unsafe. Your car is awesome, Tito
Sheesh Rainer! That is the purdiest 4 door 58 Chevy on the planet. I'm SUPER jealous!! When I saw Baumi, I made him tell me EVERYTHING about that car..........and my BABY!!
yes and no -- I've 2 stereos - one for driving and one in the trunk for partying with a second battery
brandy - the gril is done by now -- maybe I'll add a small bar to it - but later - at that moment it should stay this way -in natura it looks better than on pics - but still clean and simple
hmm - long time ago I posted some updates - so here we go - this is a pic how the lady looked at the end of summer 06 - - this winter I did some more work --airride - 14"www with merc hubcaps and I changed the engine to a 454 with a not sooo traditional tbi but works well for me with over 5000miles a year - - and of course my boy did all the work ;-)) and mom was happy about the dirt ) --- (and yep the date of the camera is wrong) - - - installed: -this are the wires for the tbi only -- and ready - - aaah -- new gauges I've installed too - - and some poor shots of the whole car - will post some better pics when I'll drive it out of the garage - - - -
Damn..........That car is badass...... I was going to make some kind of joke about it being a 4 dr..but I cant.....Its just too badass!!!!!! My hat is off to you. Thats one killer ride.
