Of course they are only worth what the market will bear, but the guy didnt ask for a lesson in marketing. As with anything, there is usually an average that the market does bear. Based on a quick ebay search, once cleaned up, the cores could be worth $800-1200.
Yep, IDA Webbers. A pair of those is the trick setup on an SOHC Fiat. With the mainfold dual manifold two of them goes for around $450 on ebay. Those look especially nasty though so I wouldn't expect that much. there is a place called Peirce Manifolds that rebuilds em on the web.
