Temecula, CA Rod Run?

Coming up next weekend. Four days. Is it worth a ****? Anyone here planning on going?

Now that I live about five minutes from there I figured I have to go and at least check it out.

Anyone know if they have bikes too?

I checked their site and didn't get much from it, figured I'd ask for a HAMB perspective on it. (I also did a search here and failed to come up with much.)

I went to it a couple of times...Lots of fun.
Party in the streets and free.
Crowded so be there early.

 

I go almost every year just because it's free. Lot's of Camaros and billet barges. But there are some cool cars too. And always some bikes as well. It beats mowing the lawn.

 

Never been. Hear it's good. Location is great. Might go if I get some accomplices.

 

I think me and a couple other guys are going to roll down early Saturday morning on bikes and check it out.

 

I haven't gone since the city kicked out the "Early Times" car club (originally ran the show and donated procedes to charity) and then keep the show going to generate revenue for the city. A ****ed up deal for sure.

I went a few years ago and if you didn't know the right people you got to park in an alley while the guys with the gold plated car dusters took up 2 spots per car. I won't waste the gas money...
