Hello, long time lurker and new to PHX.

My 31 A has a Dana 44 rear out of a 49 F1. Its either a 4:11 or a 3:92 ratio. A little steep for the hyway. I would like to regear to 3:36 or so. (283/PG). I know these rear end are popular with the Jeep guys and parts are availible.

Can anyone recemend a shop in the Phx area. I dont have the tools or the talent to set up the R&P.

    Thanks,

    Hubcap,
Welcome and glad you ventured out of the lurking woodwork.

PM Elpolacko for an answer or for a quicker response call him at Industrial Ch***is (602) 278-6800. Steve will either be able to do it himself or recommend a shop that can do it for you. Steve is a great H.A.M.B.er and has been in the hot rod ch***is business long enough to know who does what in Phoenix. He also does good work.

    Thanks Phil,

I'm betting Steve Will be very familiar with this car, they built it! I bought from the father of one of the owners.

    I'll give him a call.

Arizona Differential Spe******ts 2.43 miles from The distance shown, 2.43 miles, is measured from the center of "Phoenix, AZ". If you entered a Where term which includes a street address, the distance will be measured from that specific address. These distances are linear (as the crow flies). The actual driving distance may vary.

I have used these guys a few times with decent service time and cost. Never had to take anything back either.

You should also get in touch with Casey Hart. He's an upstart, but he's really meticulous. (602)380-2577
