the blue fineline tape will be removed and replaced with a brushed on dark red pinstripe. there's engine side covers that are done as well as headlight buckets. Just curious what people think.

The flames look great. Consider being different with the outline though. Think about using maybe dark magenta or Rat Fink Green instead.

Very nice work. I actually like bright blue stripes around the flames. It makes them pop a little more.

It'd be better to use a contrasting color for the outline. Dark red will get lost between black and red, that's why you usually see a bright green, blue, white, or other lighter colors.

    Flames look great though!!

I dig it, like the over unders, it is a little square on the door as someone mentioned but my layouts are no better.

  19. Looks nice. I also vote for blue or green outlines on the flames. It'll make them jump out more. Dark red would make them look a little bland.

thanks for the feedback, I'll post a pic when the engine sidecovers and headlights are on, and after the pinstripe is on, I can't pick the color because it isn't my car, the owner is deadset on red so thats what its gotta be. by the way paperdog, i'm one step ahead of you, the otherside is already done.
