I'm getting real close to plunkin' down the coin to get me a TIG welder. Pretty much settled on the Miller Syncrowave 200 Runner package... I've gotten lotsa local quotes, and the only one anywhere near cyberweld's price is Airgas... and those dudes are major chafes (at tleast the ones at the shop near my house). Even still, I'd hafta pay sales tax on top of that, and cyberweld doesn't charge tax or shipping. Anybody used them, and have anything good or bad to share? (The search function keeps turning up "no matches", even though the HAMB is where I heard about cyberweld to begin with.)
Both my roommate and I bought Miller Elite helmets from them. Really fast shipping and the free shipping is definetly a big help. I got my helmet right away without upgrading to two-day shipping. Good service.
I bought a tig welder and a speedglass helmet from them. Everything was great, stuff got here fast. Couldn't find anybody that came close to their prices.
Like some of the others that have already posted - I bought a Miller Elite helmet from cyberweld and they were great - absolutely no issues.
Seems I remember Ryan writing something pretty positive about Cyberweld recently. I went back pretty far back in his editorial posts and didn't find anything so maybe it was on the HAMB. But I seem to remember he was pretty stoked on them.
http://www.brwelder.com/indextemplate.cfm?file=shop/results.cfm&SubCategory=3 Try this guy for comparison, got a Dynasty 200 from him with water cooled torch. The package deal was good, free shipping and I had absolutly No problems with him.
Never heard of it but thanks, I'm lookin at buyin a new MIG and Home Depot is killing the price. I'll let you know my experience.
I think this entry on Garage Journal might be what you're talking about. I stumbled across it while seaching GJ for the more cyberweld info. http://garagejournal.com/index.php?s=cyberweld&x=0&y=0
Here are a few more to ck out, beat cyberweld prices at times...H http://store.weldersplus.com/millerwelders.html and http://stores.channeladvisor.com/weldsafe
They have good service, but not so great prices. I bought a Syncrowave 250 about a year ago and got a lot better deal from Indiana Oxygen Supply. IOS sells a lot of stuff on ebay too.
i bought a millermatic 210 mig welder from them they had the best price i could find and the shipping was fast! i would buy from them again
I ended up going with indiana ox too for my mig and plasma , got the tig elsewhere, long story but ended up getting a new syncrowave 200 for 1,100 bucks, love it too.
I ordered a a Miller Spectrum 375 plasma cutter, cart and leather torch jacket last year. -0- problems Fast Free shipping and -0- tax you can't go wrong.
I bought a new Miller MIG machine from them- ordered on line and it showed up at my door. I'm very pleased with Cyberweld
Same here, bought online, in my shop in 3 days. The warehouse is in Dallas. Will do business with them for sure. Tim @ www.irrationalmetalworks.com
