Still a ways to go,but I backed er out under power. I was dying to take it around the block, but its not registered yet. Gives me some motivation seeing out side.
Hey... Boy that thing looks awesome! Ain't seen a PU that had that great "look" for a long time. Ya did good... Pontiac Slim
It may be the pic but does your axle have a bit of positive camber in the front? Mine does and superbell said to finish the car and check on it when I was done and they would fix it "if the weight of the car doesn't straighten it out"...we'll see. BTW looks awsome!!
Very nice! Gotta sound great with those pipes! Don't sweat the test drive, last summer i drove mine to a show a few miles away before it had plates, etc. The show was put on by the local P.D. so i knew where they all were at!
o ya...nice stance man...dig the unchopped, channeled look...good work...keep us posted i want to see how you finish it up....
Thanks for the positive reinforcement guys!! Im going to try for a maiden voyage on the 24th to Rays Barbecue. All I need is time.
Dam'n Scott she looks great! Once you got going you have'nt let up! I'v been so dam'n buisy on my own and other peoples crap i have'nt been able to make it over, (lame excuse i know). I'll be over this weekend. Promise
Looks good. I'd say wait for the ride until you get plates. With what appears to be open headers, you'll be pulled over for sure.
Lookin Good like a RPU should!! Way cool build. congrats. on the progress, a fun summer is in store 4-U. Thanx for sharin with the tribe.-Sololobo
This week I continued wiring. Got the headlights and tail lights wired up and got everything into the cab. Ill use a couple of junction blocks to keep everything neat. And I got my tag, so I can drive it. Ill probly take my 66 to Rays I want to make sure this thing is safe or a reasonable facsimile thereof.
