Would you prefer it get melted down and sent to China? I have a slight issue with those that hoard complete cars in their back yard until they rust back into the earth. but those that carefully store the parts pieces and/or cars are actually helping in a way. Yeah they are making it somewhat hard to find right now perhaps, but they always sell eventually and usually to fellow car guys only. You have to be part of the crowd and these guys are usually only known through word of mouth or HAMB. The other edge of the sword is the Coddington types with way more money than talent, that hoarde the stuff just to turn a profit. The way to search those guys out is look for the big signs, fancy websites and such. So I guess since it is hard to tell the difference sometimes, I guess I see the point.
yesterday on the history channel ... making steel.. they said 14 million cars are recycled a year .. quick ......check the backyard and the driveway whheew they ain't been lookin here yet paperdog
