pic request :: lets see some hot rods with blackwall slicks

    thanks guys..

    i picked up some slicks and just curious how they might look on the car, although it will be like til next year til i can really get wheels and front tires to match...

    even skinny white walls cause i got those on one side

    just curious if i will even like the look



    i REALLY need to find a windshield, and get movin on my car to get it on the road ASAP...

  7. Thanks, that was my daily driver just like that for a few years. I surfed almost every day back then. Now it's only once a week or so.

    Blackwall slicks look great! I was going to post some pics, but my 10000+ car pics collection is on my old computer, if i get it hooked up someday and remember this thread i'll post some, i'm sure i got some really good looking ones, i especially remember one of a black rod with black rims and blackwalls... *drool*

    The rear tire here is an M/T "ET Street 10x15x30. DOT legal.

  14. Heres a shot of my old '29 at the Unfinished Nats.
    Its got a set of old Bruce pie crust slicks on it,they're wrapped around a set of Reimer '36 ford 15" wires.....Shiny

    awesome cody, they are some of your slicks, so i have seen most of those cars off the site..

    im just thinkin for the distant future when my car is running and all is ok, i have these slicks now, and since i have WWWs, on the car, a set of skinny blackwall fronts and i would end up havin a cool way to totally change the cars look in ten minutes when i get a lil bored..

    looks like i will be keepin these around for that time, probably next spring (budgets are a KILLER, and buyin a house SUXXXX the money up!)
