FAB32 and Hatch stopped by this morning and we set the body on the ch***is. I had to cut out a lot of the floor, and I have a lot of reworking to do. However, seeing it together makes me so glad I didn't puss out and give up on this thing. I love the chop, the windows seem proportionate to the rest of the body, I think it looks cool as Hell. The front will drop about 2" if my mock up with the motor/****** in it was right. So I'll drop them in tonight and see how much floor/firewall work I have to do. Here you go, what do you guys think?
So.... what....all THREE of you guys are "retired"??? Must be nice to play in the garage on a Monday morning while the rest of us smucks are slaving away at work Looks GREAT bud! Can't wait to see it cruzn into BilletProof under it's own power in June.
Ha, I wish. I think I only have 28 years to go before I can retire. I work straight nights right now 7pm to 7am so they stopped over around 8:30. I had to stay up till 10:00am to register for next semester anyways. I'm going to really try for Billetproof but this whole work/school thing really eats up my time.
Naw not me iam at work on saturday while your ****ing off in the garage. I just come inside and peak on the board to keep me motivated
Right on Dude!! Must feel good. I cant wait to see it done. Looks like we're workin on the same look. Keep it going. I dig the grill shell below the frame. Sweet
Yeah man, that baby is bad ***! As soon as I finish my roadster my next project will be a sliced and slammed sedan just like that. I love the pics. Keep 'em coming!
Thanks, I'm in the exact opposite boat. The day the sedan is driving I'm starting on my next project. I've got a really nice 30-31 roadster cowl and doors, frame, front suspension, 59 AB flathead and a set of 16" spoke wheels. I'm going with a bare bones dry lakes racer theme.
