Ryan covered that piece in December in Jalopy Journal. If you aren't reading JJ, you are not enjoying the full richness of the HAMB experience.
Thanks, man. The HAMB was the first place I posted that--I believe in preaching to the choir. Glad you enjoyed it.
great video! I sometimes wish I could have been around in those days, but the older folks in my family tell me it was alot of hard times, even though hot rodding may have been born there and was flourishing, other parts of life were not a "easy" as they are now, of course that is what they always tell you.... chris

Yeah, let me tell you, sonny, back in aught-five, life was rough. My DSL bill went up 20% and I had to get a new memory card for my iPod.
That is one of the best videos I have ever seen describing what it is every one on here feels about their cars. That they are alive and hot rodding lives on. Thank you for posting it.
I'm glad this came up again. I didn't see it the first time. I was in my garage until 2:00am, and going to work red-eyed the next day in the hopes that someday that garage door would open, the ground would shake, and a real hot-rod would roll out to show the world that hot rodding is still alive and well right here in middle America.
the end kind of made me feel all tingly on the inside. Very motivational video i am signing out and going back in the garage
