Not sure what prices are around here but copper must be high. People are stealing from everwhere. My brother in law told me that some one just stole about $160000 worth of wire from a huge job he is on A guy I work with just bought a house and while he was waiting to move in some broke in and stripped all of the wire and plumbing . Them yesterday my wife and I were having lunch at the local restrant and over heard other people talking about digging up very heavy wire that used to link military bases and missel silows here in the mid west

OK, this guy gets 100% respect from me. The developers weren't bluffing, but this guy still holds the cards. Hope he gets the money.

Steel went up to $175/ton here just recently. Gotta get my truck going and get s****ping this coming week.

They are paying 0.11 euros per 1 metric ton of mixed s**** here. That makes $129 per ton. Seems to be pretty much the same than there. Separated gets better price... Alum and stainless are worth of gold... :)

My dad has a 30-ton dragline that is old and obsolete. One yard offered $220 per ton if we cut it up in five foot pieces. The other yard offered $160 per ton and we can take it in as is. I gave the office the number for another yard that buys from the other yards but I haven't heard back yet. They usually offer more and brings a trailer to me but I need to load it myself.
