i've done the search and read alot. it looks like a 2 coil cut in the front and 3" blocks is about as low as i can go with stock suspension. i can't go too low b/c ohio potholes kill cars . will cutting 2 coils screw up the geometry too much? i don't want to replace the new tires in a year. also should i put new shocks all around (originals still on it)? if so do i need to compensate for the drop?

    thanks,

You should be ok with that set up. I would go ahead and put new shocks in it. They are cheap enough.

we cut ours 1.5 coils and it seems fine. Another 1/2 coil would probably be fine.

  4. 2 coils works great, if you are concerned about shock length then once the car is on the ground then measure the ride hight from shock mount to shock mount and use that to decide on the shock i cut 2 coils and 3 inch blocks in the back and it works great, you will want to get a wheel alignment if you have new tires to save em

    Yep. What he said.

Shocks shouldn't be a major issue because you will still be within the parameters of your stock ride height.
