Well I looked at it this morining in the light and the brake line does run across the top of the crossmember, I couldnt really see last night when I looked at it, the clutch pedal is really thick too, im not sure if the rear leafs are stock so im going to check the brakes today, they are supposed to be 3'' wide if its a hipo car?

Yes, the shoes should be 3" wide. If it has the brake lines on top of the crossmember I would say you have a hipo. Have you checked the red one?

The FORD guys used to run the NASCAR convertible races in these cars in the morning (300 miler's at Daytona) then bolt the roof on and run the same car/same driver for 500 miles (600 miles at Charlotte)...no HANS device...no cool suit...no power steering.

And now race fans think these pretty boy drivers of today are atheletes? hahaha

I wondered what happened to those two cars,I seen them in the moraine area about 20 years ago and the owner was wanting way too much for them. I have heard people talking about them and probably seen them adverstised in the trading post but always wondered where they went too. Jeff

Hey good news, i took the front wheels off the yellow one and measured the drums, they are 3 inches wide, so this must be a hipo car then correct?

Wanna trade? I know. Stupid question. What a great find. I love Starliners, but you know Club Victorias can make pretty cool cruisers too.
