If your Dad wants to use the RV park, I suggest calling now to book it..The show is 3 days... Friday there is a cruise, Sat. show, Sun. show.... Remember it is Memorial day weekend.....EVILT

  2. Don't they still do the camp roberts thing too?

  3. I say yes! We have to represent the rainy region...haha. We are trying to get the '36 done by spring so that we actually have a car with more than one seat and a roof! Hopefully some more NW'ers will make the trip south this year. Usually everyone goes to one or the other. We will go to both if it kills us! Ha!

  4. damn, why did I post this which one of you got the last room? I need it for Loudpedal.. I am still working it kris..

Hey any group that shows up no matter what there style is cool with me as long as the cars stay true and the show goes on, I"d really hate for the wine sipping money bags around here to win and shut it down because of poor attendance.

Cherry since I work at the Paso Inn I can tell you everyday I get the same questions, where to stay how far etc.... Morro bay is a good option that I don't think has been mentioned yet, it should be cheaper that SLO and it's a great drive from Morro to paso

Quality of cars and folk at Paso is unparalleled....nothing like a drive up the coast (f**k the Grapevine) with rods and customs in front and behind you. By this time you either have to get a room outside of Paso and drive in or hope someone on the boards can spare you a room. Definitely make it up in time for the cruise at the A&W Friday night....some beers and music at the Moose Lodge afterwards is always fun too....

Why worry about a hotel/motel when you can camp? We camp out at Santa Margarita Lake. Its $20+/- a night. Just 25 minutes south of Paso. If I had to chose between the two shows, I would go with Paso.

    Good luck.

We Pandraggers are planning on VLV but definitely Pso for our pack of poor boy customs. We heard about nearby army barracks, but then heard that was packed. We've been collectively working on Jeff's '57 Stude sedan as the featured ride. What NW clubs or rodders are riding down, pit stop in Humboldt on the way and ride with us. PM me.

Here is a picture of my Bro-in-laws '50 Buick Sedanette and his '56 Westerner canned ham that he took to Paso and stayed at a camp ground out off of HWY 41 (I don't know the name).
