Help identifying this "Shoebox" Ford

Hey, I believe I got this pic from here a while back and I really like the chop and I have very similar plans for one. If anyone knows whos it is or has other pics it would be greatly appreciated!

In the pics it looks as though when it was "hard topped" the top part of the doors/quarter window were left out. Can anyone confirm what I think I am seeing? haha.

I would still love to know whos car this is(if it is a HAMBer). In the link above it was never montioned if it was a hamber or not. It mentions a mans name but not really set in stone of confirmed. It would be even more awesome if he was kind enough to entertain a young mans questions.

Any more help would be awesome!
