I have had my eye on a certain '36 ford pickup cab and bed for a while. Please if you would post some pics of your '35-'37 pickups, fenders or not. I'm sure you all know of the brown '37 from Canada customs and hot rods, I am pretty much in love with that truck. My goal is something similar to that.

    thanks guys, God Bless

That is the sweetest truck in the history of man kind. I think I saw it in Old Skool Rodz.

Here's mine. Maybe a bit too resto for you? The car originally came from Texas and already had a 283 with 3-speed on a '41 column, which I've kept . The car was a runner but a bit rough (make that a lot rough) and has been completely re-built here in the UK by Valley Gas Speed Shop...

saw that truck in pentiction BC last summer, my first taste of the "rudy truck" i guess you could say, that thing is frickin cool. Needless to say there was a tinge of inspiration as im currently doing a 38 in a similiar fashion, its just a damn shame he used the most perfect color, i really want to go brownish, but dont want to feel too much like a copycat ;) oh well gunmetal grey is getting more and more appealing or industrial grey.

Heres my version. Its not finished yet but you can see where I'm going with it.

Hardest part to find was the grill/nose cone. Good luck with your project

I know people are gonna hate me for bumping this back up to the top, but does anyone have pics of 35-37 pick-ups chopped and lowered with the fenders still on? I'm pickin' on up Thurs. and think I may keep the fenders on it.

This picture of the chopped black fendered pickup was posted on here before.

I had gotten my truck after the top had been started and abandoned. We did the IFS on it and then I saw Rudy's truck. The minute I saw his truck I regretted doing the IFS.
Due to my employment situation mine has been sitting for awhile. I have to either start working on it again or just sell it.
