    I finally was able to put my brandnew set of 15x7 Supremes with some custommade DiamondBacks on the car.
    Can't say I'm not happy about it.

    I will be lowering the car some more soon and I will still need to buy the 'proper' chrome bullits for the wheels to loose the USWheels-cones.

    EDIT 2019: Just restored the once ****edup Photobucket-images with my own hosted pics.

    Yes! And it's a four door hardtop station wagon. Very cool, I especially like the luggage rack. I've always liked the canted quads on these cars too. A couple less inches of height and it'll be perfect.

    Thanks gotgas. That's pretty much how I want it to be.
    (Maybe add a little darkening as in 'shadow' to the top of the wheels&tires for a more realistic effect.)

    As the wagon sits right now, I've got about an inch of ch***isspace above the rubber stops on the front LCA's. But those stops are still the large ones measuring about 3" in height I recall.
    During regular driving I don't feel the stops bottoming out yet, so I will replace them with some smaller ones and turn down the Torsionbars a little more. Problem with turning down the bars is the springrate also drops, so the front end moves around a little more vertically.
    I will shoot for a 3" drop in the rear.

    Sweet 62' ,

    Nice look for a cl***ic Mopar. I've got a 65' New Yorker I'm going through and those skins and wheels really set off your wagon. These pics are giving me a lot of ideas for my final wheel choice. Thanks for the look.........

    It looks good. Damn good. Appreciate the repost. To the fellow asking about size, they are 235/60/15's

    Thanks guys.
    I'm running 235/60/15" tires here.

    @Pete,
    Take a look at my website in my signature below (www.bigblockmopar.nl). I've got a '65 300 convert. with Cragar TruSpokes on there.

    @roadracer,
    I recall that wagon having seen it on da 'bay a while back. Don't think there was much left of the original frontsuspension.

    By the way,
    the paintjob on the wagon is due for a renewal pretty soon. It's wearing pretty thin here and there, although it doesn't show on the pics.
    Looking at the "Longroofs are flakey'-topic, I started wondering... What would you guys think about a custompaintjob on the roof of my wagon?
    Any ideas on what or what not to do perhaps?

    I don't really want to overdo the customlook, but since the wagon needs a freshcoat of paint and some metalwork I might add a nice custom-touch to it.

    most guys are running closer to 205 70/ 15's, any reason you went with the bigger tire? the only reason i ask is that i have a 68 newport that im and supreming soon and thought that those would look small. thought maybe a 205 75 would look better on such a big car, rather than the 70's. but i have seen some rivieras on the smaller size and they looked ok, any thoughts?

    black body, black flake roof, subtle but very cool!

    looks great with the supremes and double pinners, this post should be shown to anybody who wants to put wide whites on supremes to teach em the right way to do a 60's ride.

    @mattrodd68,
    I usually don't want to roll on anything smaller/narrower than that.
    While driving, I normally don't really 'baby' the car, so I always want to have some fairly stable rubber on the road.
    If I would buy these wheels again, I'll even might go a little wider in the rear. I think Fatties in the rear are cool... tires that is... ;)

    @ray,
    Thanks man, that reply means a lot to me.
    The black flake roof on a black car sounds interesting. I'll look into that.

    I've been playing around with Photoshop recently and below are a couple of paintschemes I've worked out based on your comment Ray.
    I think my favorite is a little less subtle as I thought I would like at first;
