I'd say compared to Houston or Dallas, it moves like a Sunday parade around here! Sorry about your bust-up; sux to have that on your mind when your trying to have a good time
Who the **** are you to tell me I dont know how to drive?!? It was an accedient... Also I was about 20ft behind her and In the lane and janked the wheel to the right thus clipping her by 1 foot... For christ sakes I almost lost my arm from the elbow down. I had my arm sitting on window frame, the mirror post Is broken off if you take a look and theres a dent like a 1ft from my arm. If only she was a 1ft taller. Also you say my 54 is a piece?!? **** off dude. Just One of my finders cost $500 and the grill will cost $600 so I would say that truck is at least worth $12k if you include the engine. Also If you look when I posted this it was before april you ****in New Guy. I suggest you think twice before you post agian.
WOW!!!!!!!!!! That newbie had alot of balls to say something like that. Sounds like a REAL winner to me. Like ya said, he should pick and choose what he says. This is not a laughing matter at all when you almost could have been severly hurt as in to your left arm. To bad that these types have to be weeded out and not taken seriously at all. They will find a way to piss off one too many and will rid themselves off of here. KNUX!
hey ****tard!!shut up! your makin us MO boys look bad! gald your alright bud. hope you get her on the road soon!best of luck!
Another ****in professor ..13 posts and you say **** like that. If i ran this board is run you the **** outta here. ****ing Queer... Go ride your ****ing bicycle Dave
I'm sorry to hear about the wreck....it ****s when we hurt our babies. Number one deal...no one was hurt. I spent a year of hard work getting my 56 ready for the roundup. Friday we checked into the hotel....got good parking spaces on S. Congress and went to eat. Next thing I know I'm feeling like warmed over dog-****. I went back to the hotel hoping if i slept I would feel better for Saturday. Well Sat. it was all I could do to get out of bed and go to the roundup. I parked the truck...walked the vendor area with my wife and then layed down in the truck....three hours later i had to go back to the hotel....so i'm hoping for some really good pictures to be posted. I got a shot in my *** today and my strep-throat should be gone soon. So I made it....but didn't get to see a thing. BTW - We must be neighbors...and I have a set of those fenders. They will take some work...but your welcome to come take a look at them. I've never seen your truck around town? Kyle 690-9614 PS... looking at your pictures.. I have a rusty door ...and a tig welder too...
Give Mother Trucker Trucks in Tucson. Phone is 520 570 4824. mothertruckeraz@aol.com I had to replace the hood on my 50 chev pu before the LSRU. May not be the cheapest around but the parts he has are quality. Sorry to hear about the accident. I just got mine back on the road after 16 months just so I could drive it to the Round Up!

Actually I think he summed it up pretty well. If you are following another vehicle you are responcible for keeping a safe distance (room to stop) between yourself and the vehicle in front. You saw her brake lights and didn't start braking? You couldn't check the other lane and keep a eye on what she was doing? Sure sounds like a **** piece of driving from here. And going by the damage to your truck it was a pretty hard impact so you must have been moving fairly fast. It wasn't a accident. A accident is when things go wrong that no one has control over. This was of your making. Also instead of whinging about your truck what about her car. I hope you have insurance or have the cash to fix it for her. Failing that I hope she sues the **** off you. Grow up and admit that you ****ed up. As for the guys who are jumping all over the guy who already pointed this all out...think about it. You don't make yourselves look good defending the undefendable.
He never called her a dumb woman, blamed her, or whined about his truck from what I read. No, he didn't say it was his fault, and yes he p***ed judgement on the condition of her truck. You two seem to be pissed off about something more than what he said in his posts and/or you think this forum is like some of the others where "flaming" is more common. Thanks, Kurt
sorry to hear about your truck. Glad to hear your okay. Try Goldens in Calimesa, CA. He has a few of them trucks laying around. He might be able to help ya on the cheap. What about Flat Top Bob?
Saw your truck in the ditch the other day on my way to Buda from Lockhart, seen it around at the HEB in Buda also. I told my roomie Michael (you used to work with him I think) and he was sick about the truck. Hope you get it back on the road.
Man that ****s and I'm sure he didn't need a couple of ****heads rubbing it in. He didn't blame anyone, typical sheep ****er, illiterate so they have to make **** up to justify there existence. Garrett, hope you at least took home the 'Hard Luck' trophy!
Yeah your righ, I have a lot of mates from there. Like any country you get your good and bad, I apologise to all the good kiwi's!
I responded to this post after Kent pointed out some very obvious facts and got flamed and the original poster got really arrogant and personal about it. Doc Watson you really do Australia proud with your infantile remarks although after reading some of your posts I shouldn't be suprised. Sure I'm sorry for the guy cracking up his truck but it was his doing. How would you feel if that was your Daughter who while minding her own business and driving lawfully, was rammed from behind by someone who wasn't paying attention. Would you be so keen to defend this guys poor at***ude then.
You and Kent are the ones with the poor at***udes- you guys overreacted to who knows what. Thanks, Kurt
