Well, on my trailer at least. I doubt if it is hot rod material but here is what I brought home Saturday. A 28 Model A sedan with the top cut off and was used by the American Legion as a parade car in Russell, KS the home of Senator Bob Dole who I believe may have ridden in the car many times over the years. Great patina and has one working door with the rest of them welded shut for body rigidity and strength. I'm not real sure what to do with it but I'll think of something. P.S. the root beer float was good too.

Thank you. It did until the guy pulled the engine today. It's the only way he would sell it to me. I have another Model A engine I can stick in it if I decide too.

Believe it or not, they are making a comeback around here. They are building some new ones. This one still has the car hop stations under the canopy that are still in use. The new places do not. I had a frosty mug float. Life's simple pleasures.................

Cool find Paul. Stick a banger in there and have at her. Looks like a fun little cruiser.

Hey, you could slap a dummy of Dole back there and charge for rides. :)

Thanks Scott. I love a good parade cruiser myself. Or maybe I should cut the back off and make a roadster pickup out of it. I know where I can get a nice Model A pickup bed.

Well, I love the look of the old dry lakes racers with no windscreen but this one is a 4 door. Or make that a 1 door.

I will try some different tires and wheels and decide whether to run fenders or no fenders.

I'll trade you a real nice wooden steering wheel for it.

Nice car. I drove a 30 roadster all original today at a friends. That's the most fun I've had in a car in years.

They have A&W's in Canada and you get 600 at a cruise night? Awesome. We have a Thursday night cruise at Wendy's and only get about 25 cars. But it's fun. I've only been to Vancouver, BC and it was heavily populated but beautiful. Thanks for posting on my little piece of the HAMB!
